**Tour Manager**

:
The Tour Manager is responsible for managing the promotion and position of the RSH Tour product in Canada, with the objective to increase Tour revenue by raising the brand and product awareness with RSH B2B existing and potential new clients.

The Tour Manager will maintain a portfolio of Tour product relevant to our customers, reflecting market trends and adoption rate by our clients.

She/He manages the Tour team, works with their inputs on product planning and development.

She/He sets up efficient tour product sales performance measurement and yield management in order to offer an attractive and relevant palette of Tour offers by negotiating pricing with suppliers to create attractive offer to RSH clients.

She/He is responsible for leading the product team to fulfill the product life cycle from planning to service delivery that will help differentiate RSH Tour offer from our competitors.

Her/His responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of promotional campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. Hands-on experience with tours products and ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising campaign will make her/him successful in this role.

Ultimately, she/he will help RSH further solidify our Tour value proposition in the market and increase the Tour revenue

Key responsibilities to include:

- Manage the Tour activities by creating synergy between the stakeholders and encouraging teamwork.
- Manage the Tourism Boards relationships, find cooperation opportunities and negotiate financial or/and in-kind support.
- Collaborate with the various departments in the company to deliver best in class service to our clients by ensuring high quality throughout the process from quotation to invoicing and post-travel feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales to increase sales, with Marketing to promote Tours and design our annual brochure/
- Use tracking methods to monitor the effectiveness of each campaign
- Manages the overall Tour product costing, profitability and the Tour fulfillment process efficiency to achieve company goals with key performance indicator measurements.
- Manage to set selling pricing structure by analyzing historic performance, market competitiveness and budget requirements
- Defines promotional activities using available tools, including but not limited to discount management, tactical offer and sales incentives.
- Monitor product team to ensure service quality and product standards are and above standards
- College diploma or Undergraduate degree
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Creative with good copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Travel/ Hospitality industry preferred.
