**Sales Coordinator**

**Location**: Markham, ON
**Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Tour Coordinator to support our Sales Coordinator and Sales Representatives. This position involves preparing quotations, following up with accounts, and maintaining client communications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating travel itineraries base on client's requirements.
- Assist with creating and managing travel quotations for clients
- Follow up with accounts and ensure timely responses to client inquiries
- Communicate professionally with clients and agency partners
- Support sales team members with administrative tasks and coordination
- Maintain social communication channels: Facebook, Eblasts

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for the travel industry and willingness to learn
- Driver's License is preferred
- Experiences in travel industry will be considered first
