️ What You’ll Do
As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll:
- Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, delivery, and technical support
- Resolve service issues and disputes with professionalism and empathy
- Prepare accurate quotations and verify account details
- Monitor backorders and coordinate with production, purchasing, and distribution
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide technical support using IPEX publications and resources
- Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and customer satisfaction
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A natural relationship builder with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable navigating systems and data (SAP experience is a plus)
- A team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Industry experience and SAP knowledge are assets
