- We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and disciplined _**CSR **_ individual interested in growing with the organization.
- Enthusiastic Individual with possession of excellent organizational and communication skills, strong work ethic and a background in the transportation industry will be an Asset.
- **Job Duties**:_
- Respond to customer requests, provide statements, invoice copies.
- General administrative responsibilities as required - document filing, matching invoices and billing.
- Prepare and scan POD's on a timely manner.
- Answer Phone calls on billing, order tracing, order taking and invoices from customers on a Daily basis.
- **Profile**:_
- _**Administrative/Customer Service experience.**_
- Transportation/Logistics experience an asset.**_
- Experience with Billing and Invoice processing is also considered an asset.**_
- Excellent computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills.
