**Overview**
Are you passionate about automotive parts and have a knack for communication? Global muffler inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries about exhaust auto parts and provide exceptional service over the phone.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding exhaust auto parts.
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist with order processing and follow up on customer requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong interest in automotive parts, specifically exhaust systems.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and engaging with customers.

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1J 1K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Office management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
