**Job Overview**
FTG is a global corporation offering design, development, prototypes, and manufacturing solutions for aerospace and defense electronic products and subsystems.
As the main point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will interact with Customers' to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manage access to customer sites.
- Download customer data and request(s).
- Summarize customer requests for the Quotations Analyst.
- Prioritize requests for quotes.
- Manage access to customer portal sites.
- Disposition quotes as feedback is obtained.
- Review order acceptance tool to fit the job into the production schedule.
- Enter orders into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure Engineering has all the necessary data to work with.
- Review the Purchase Order thoroughly.
- Acknowledge order to Customer.
- Send an open order report with status to each customer on a weekly basis.
- Review order status with Production.
- Notify Customer when jobs go on hold and/or a delivery date has changed, etc.
- When necessary, issue RMA's and follow up internally for a quick resolution. Keep customer informed of progress.
- Manage Customer Scorecards.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Customer Service field.
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of ERP Systems
Pay: $33,100.00-$57,573.95 per year
