Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Haztech is looking for a **Operations Coordinator** to support our operations team in delivering top-tier healthcare and safety services. This role is crucial in ensuring our fleet, facilities, and operations run efficiently and effectively.

**As an Operations Coordinator at Haztech, you will**:
**Manage Fleet Operations**: Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance, inspections, and compliance to ensure all fleet assets are operational and safe.
**Maintain a Clean & Organized Shop**: Ensure the shop and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and ready for deployment.
**Support Operations Managers**: Assist with scheduling, logistics, inventory management, and coordination of field teams.
**Monitor Equipment & Supplies**: Track inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and ensure all gear is in good working condition.
**Coordinate Compliance & Documentation**: Maintain records for fleet maintenance, safety inspections, and operational procedures.
**Assist with Logistics & Deployment**: Ensure smooth mobilization of resources, personnel, and equipment to project sites.
**Other Duties as Required**: Support the team in various operational tasks to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
Previous experience in **operations, logistics, fleet management, or a related field**.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with fleet tracking systems is an asset.
A valid **driver’s license** and **clean driving record**.
Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
