**Job Description**:

- Lead, demonstrate and champion a healthy and safe work environment and culture for all branch employees, contractors and customers.
- Enable and engage a team that believes and lives a culture where everyone plays a part in driving a safe and respectful work environment.
- Demonstrate clear and effective leadership to a team of Customer Service Managers through coaching and mentoring and supporting growth, development and training opportunities.
- Regional oversite and accountability for all service departments which includes mechanics, electrician, welders, machinists etc.
- Provide quality, timely feedback to individuals through formal and informal conversations to support the performance management process
- Build and foster an environment where World Class employee care equates to World Class customer care.
- Accountable for regional operations, assets, finances including planning, managing and reporting of branch financial results, assets and facilities requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing the monthly metrics related to People, Quality, Velocity and Cost with branch employees.
- Responsible for regular business forecasting, accountable for driving monthly financial results and managing contractual obligations.
- Play a role in developing performance objectives aligned with the business strategy.
- Develop, maintain and foster a healthy relationship with the union and unionized employees.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience within one of Finning Canada’s operational facilities would be an asset
- 8 - 10 years of previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strategic business planning
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Strong understanding of dealer services, warranty offerings and goodwill methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of the operational processes, issues, challenges, best practices, people and customers within the industry
- Business acumen and financial planning, budgeting and forecasting knowledge
