**Summary**:
Are you passionate about data, fraud prevention, and cutting-edge technology? Join our dynamic team as a Fraud Strategy Analyst, where you'll design and optimize fraud detection strategies, work with advanced analytics tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect our organization from evolving threats. This role blends technical expertise, business insight, and innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design & Develop Fraud Strategies using tools like: Enterprise Anti-Fraud Management Systems, SQL (Oracle, Teradata, SAS, Hadoop) SAP BO, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel
- Continuously Improve Detection by analyzing fraud patterns and adapting strategies to internal/external changes.
- Track and report fraud incidents and their impact.
- Build dashboards and reports tailored to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for AI/ML fraud models.
- Define requirements for the AI development team.
- Work in agile sprints to deliver value quickly.
- Adapt to evolving fraud trends and business needs.
- Administer user access and templates in tools like Fraudview and Resolver.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of SQL, SAP, BI tools, and ETL platforms (Alteryx, Tableau Prep)
- Experience with large enterprise data warehouses
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience building reports and presenting to stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fraud certifications (e.g., CFE, CTFS)
- Telecom industry experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, SAS, JIRA, Visio
- Bilinguism French and English

**Additional Requirements**:
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
