We are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our dynamic Fraud Prevention team and help us combat fraudulent activity across our platforms. In this role, you'll investigate transactions, identify emerging fraud patterns, and provide actionable insights to strengthen our fraud-prevention strategies. Your work will directly impact the safety and trust of our customers — and the success of our business. What You'll Do: - Investigate individual transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. - Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns and emerging fraud trends. - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve fraud-prevention tools and processes. - Communicate findings effectively with internal stakeholders across departments. - Lead and contribute to projects that enhance fraud detection and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For: - Proven ability to identify patterns, analyze data, and make recommendations. - Highly organized and structured work style with a track record of delivering projects on time. - Ability to work independently and make decisions with mínimal supervision. - Strong communication skills in English and French (both written and spoken). - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - A mindset of continuous learning and improvement, sharing ideas, and a proactive "go-getter" attitude. **Qualifications**: - Previous experience as a fraud analyst. - Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data. - Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. - Experience in the travel or banking industries.
