The scoop:

- Be our Customer Service Representative and Beauty Advisor ~ Our front desk experience is very much like a hotel Guest check in/check out at front desk, welcoming & farewell to Guests, rebooking future appointments, cash register for service, retail sales and closing retail sales, gift card sales, assisting guests with general inquires, some data entry. Working back of house - hosting Guests throughout their spa visit in our relaxation lounges and changerooms. Support daily operations with room, guest and technician flow, effective time management and team work.
- Advise Guests of current specials, offers and retail recommendations ~ Make retail sales and additionally earn retail commission.
- Salon, Spa, Makeup and Hotel experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.91 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC V7P 3S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
