Our medical center is looking for a responsive and energetic **Customer Service Representative** to join our friendly team. **Responsibilities**: - Handling incoming calls and patient inquiries. - Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar. - Providing information about the medical center's services and programs. - Managing documentation, including patient registration and data updates. - Ensuring a high level of customer service. **Requirements**: - Experience in customer service is an asset. - Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards clients. - Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to internal standards.
