Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate FOH staff to deliver consistent, top-notch service
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and labor cost management
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Work alongside the kitchen and bar team to maintain high food and drink standards
- Implement and maintain SOPs and training programs
- Track sales, analyze performance, and help set goals with ownership
- Represent the brand in a positive and proactive manner
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $3,500.00-$5,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
