**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served
- Create and update menus in line with seasonal availability and food trends
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events or promotions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience working in a hospitality or food service environment
- Strong background in supervising kitchen operations
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Previous experience in restaurant management
- Ability to lead a team effectively and maintain a positive work environment
- Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
