In this role, the Territory Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Achieve sales and business objectives (sales & share targets) for assigned brands/indications within the designated territory.
- Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking in order to deliver customer value.
- Become an expert in identifying key business drivers for the specified region/customer group, and how to effectively plan and invest against those identified drivers as articulated in a prepared formalized territory business plan
- Demonstrate strong analytical insight, innovative & strategic thinking in order to deliver customer value while demonstrating customer engagement in selecting the appropriate mix of activities.
- Become an acknowledged expert in the business within his/her assigned territory by understanding fully the healthcare environment (including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory)
- Develop a complete understanding of health care delivery within the assigned region and how to position the assigned products based on customer needs
- Provide technical and educational support to HCP customers
- Collaborate with business partners in Sales, Marketing, Medical Education and Medical science to plan and co-ordinate meetings, symposia and other CME & congress related activities. Collaborate with colleagues to consolidate plans aimed at addressing customer and organizational needs that optimize patient experience

**Résumé du poste**:
Le chef de territoire a la responsabilité de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre des plans d’affaires et des stratégies de vente conformes aux objectifs de l’entreprise et des clients propres à une marque. Applique ses connaissances du domaine clinique et de la vente consultative fondée sur les renseignements pour favoriser l’appui aux produits de Johnson & Johnson Médecine innovante; participer à la prise de décision des clients et y jouer de son influence pour atteindre les objectifs de vente prévus du territoire et les objectifs de croissance de la part de marché; agir à titre de partenaire fournissant des solutions utiles et du soutien technique aux clients. L’employé devra travailler dans un milieu de travail hybride (en ligne et sur le terrain avec les professionnels de la santé), tout en fournissant des renseignements clés recueillis sur le terrain à son gestionnaire ou à ses équipes de marketing.
**Principales responsabilités**:
Le chef de territoire sera responsable, entre autres, de ce qui suit:
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente et d’affaires (ventes et part visées) pour les marques et indications assignées au sein du territoire désigné
- Faire preuve d’un excellent esprit d’analyse et d’une vision audacieuse et stratégique qui amèneront au client une valeur ajoutée.
- Devenir un expert au repérage des principaux moteurs de croissance pour la région ou pour le groupe de consommateurs concernés, ainsi que pour prévoir et investir judicieusement en fonction des moteurs repérés, et ce, selon un plan d’affaires minutieusement préparé sur mesure pour le territoire.
- Posséder un excellent esprit d’analyse et une mentalité audacieuse et stratégique pour offrir une valeur ajoutée au client, tout en démontrant une connaissance du client par une sélection appropriée d’activités.
- Devenir un expert reconnu dans l’entreprise au sein du territoire assigné, en comprenant bien le milieu des soins de santé (y compris les clients, les produits, la concurrence et la réglementation).
- Arriver à comprendre toutes les facettes de la prestation de soins de santé dans la région assignée et savoir mettre en valeur les produits selon les besoins du consommateur.
