- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with precision and creativity.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including utensils and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards while also contributing innovative ideas for new menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary and ensuring their dining experience is exceptional.

**Skills**
- Strong experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal preparation within a restaurant or kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in sushi or Japanese cuisine is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: $22.00-$32.50 per hour
