**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Cabinet Service & Warranty Technician** to join our team. This role is responsible for performing on-site service, warranty repairs, and final installations for residential and commercial clients. The technician will also install low-voltage lighting systems and ensure all cabinet projects are completed to Denca’s high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to service and warranty requests, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform cabinet repairs, adjustments, and replacements to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Complete cabinetry finals, including installing finished toe-kicks, appliance panels, hardware, and other finishing touches.
- Install low-voltage lighting systems (LED strips, puck lights, under-cabinet lighting).
- Conduct on-site adjustments to doors, drawers, and hardware to ensure proper fit and function.
- Review and complete service lists accurately and on time, maintaining detailed records of all work performed.
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide recommendations for service, repairs, or upgrades.
- Ensure all work meets Denca’s high standards for quality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing concerns and explaining solutions.
- Collaborate with installation and design teams to support overall project success.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet service, repair, or installation.
- Experience with low-voltage electrical systems, preferably lighting installations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple service calls.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with tools and materials used in cabinetry, hardware, and lighting installations.
**Preferred**:
- Electrical or technical certification related to low-voltage lighting systems.
- Experience working with custom cabinetry in residential or commercial settings.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various home environments, including tight spaces and elevated surfaces.
- Ability to stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods as required during service or installation.
