As a Service & Warranty Technician**at Ultimate Renovations, you will take your career to the next level by handling various renovation and trade tasks when the job scope is too small to send in a crew from each trade discipline. In other words, you possess significant experience in all aspects of renovating. Capitalizing on your diverse skillset, you will thrive in an environment that has produced award-winning designs for over four decades.

**As a versatile Service & Warranty Technician**,** you posses the following skills and knowledge so you can complete tasks such as**:
Complete punch-list items such as:

- Caulking and sealing
- Drywall patches and touch-ups
- Interior paint touch-ups
- Trim or millwork adjustments
- Hardware installation or reinstallation
- Door and window adjustments
- Cabinet adjustments (hinges, alignment, drawer slides)
- Small tile/grout fixes

Communication & Coordination
- Work under direction from Project Managers while independently managing day-to-day tasks.
- Communicate with clients in a professional, respectful manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Set clear expectations with clients for service timelines and scope.
- Provide updates to Project Managers on work completed or follow-up needed.

**On your resume we will be looking for the following** qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience working on residential renovations
- A track record of delivering high quality workmanship (if you can provide examples of completed projects, it would certainly be an asset)
- An interest in self-investment and growth as it relates to education and knowledge of local construction code, by-law requirements, and honing your diverse skillset
- A list of tools you own/have access to that will be required for this role
- Fluency in the English the language
