**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning duties within scheduled hours.
- Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and supply inventory.
- Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
