We are currently seeking a **Building Cleaner **to join our team in **Kitchener**. The Superintendent works under the direction of the Property Manager to support the maintenance operations of a building.

As a member of the property management team on site(s), the key responsibilities of a **Building Cleaner **include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**
- Performing building cleaning
- On-call response to after-hours emergencies as required;
- Performing various building maintenance and repairs;
- Processing, completing work orders, and returning closed work orders;
- Garbage bin removal to proper pick-up area two times per week or as directed;
- Administration of spare parts and supplies;
- Cleaning of vacant units;
- Other assignments as reasonably directed from time to time.

**Qualifications**
- Two (2) years experience in Residential Property Maintenance - an asset,
- Able to work within a team,
- Physical ability to perform tasks as outlined,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
