Westmount & Highland Temp Cleaner

**Job description**:
Our growing company is looking for reliable, experienced cleaner to clean an apartment building in near Westmount and Highland for 20 hours per week. The position is temporary as it is covering the last 2 months of a maternity leave. But there may be an opportunity to continue on part-time or full-time after the maternity leave is over. There is a mix of light and heavy duty cleaning tasks to be done. We are looking for an emphasis reliability and attention to detail. The position also requires assisting residents with inquiries when needed. We are looking for someone friendly who carries themselves in a professional manner. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 830am to 1230pm.

**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Executing elevator move bookings
- Monitoring levels of supplies

**Working conditions**:
Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 830am to 1230pm.

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel)
- Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room
- Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
- Ability to lift 44 lbs (filling softener salt tanks) an asset
- Managing their time effectively
- Strong work ethic
- Able to follow schedules and checklists
- Self starter

**Salary**:
$18.25/hour to start

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
