**Ecommerce & Wholesale Specialist**

We are seeking an **Ecommerce & Wholesale Specialist **to drive our online sales and expand our market presence through strategic partnerships with key retailers.

**The Role**:
As our **Ecommerce & Wholesale Specialist**, you will play a crucial role in driving our brand’s growth both online and offline. You will be responsible for managing our Shopify store, optimizing the online shopping experience, and expanding relationships with wholesale partners.

**Ecommerce management & Sales coordination**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Update and manage product listings, collections, and navigation to optimize customer journeys.
- Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
- Analyze website performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Wholesale Account Management & Expansion**:

- Manage existing wholesale accounts, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Identify and target new retail partners to expand our market reach.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and product knowledge sessions with retail partners.
- Negotiate and manage sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

**Market Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform both e-commerce and wholesale sales strategies.
- Work closely with the product development team to align collections with market demand and customer feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential growth opportunities.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing and trade marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders and inventory management.
- Communicate regularly with retail partners and online customers to provide updates on new products, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

**Customer Experience & Support**:

- Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for both online shoppers and wholesale customers from order placement to delivery.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continually improve the online and wholesale shopping experience and build loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce and wholesale sales, preferably in the premium or luxury women’s apparel industry.
- Technologically adept with a strong understanding of Shopify's platform, apps, and integrations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, follow through and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and online customers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious - Asks questions out of agenuine curiosity about the customer and stores/ wholesale accounts
- Proactive - Takes initiative and anticipates challenges and opportunities, proactively developing solutions before issues arise or opportunities are missed
- Driven and results-oriented - Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and strategies for both e-commerce and wholesale channels
- Passionate about fashion and advanced contemporary retailing.

Pay: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
