Overview We’re looking for an Operations & eCommerce Specialist with strong Shopify knowledge, technical problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset. This role is responsible for maintaining excellent website functionality, supporting Shopify content updates, managing analytics integrity, and partnering with developers and vendors on technical projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying improvements and industry best practices. This role is hybrid, with two days in the office (Tue, Wed). Responsibilities Run daily, weekly, and ongoing QA tests to ensure the website functions correctly across all devices and user flows Support Shopify content updates in partnership with the eCommerce Coordinator Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate resolutions with developers Manage technical collaborations with developers, including scoping, timelines, and testing Audit and maintain Shopify apps; recommend optimizations or consolidations Lead CRO initiatives, including A/B test setup, monitoring, and documentation Contribute to SEO maintenance and ongoing improvement Track industry best practices and emerging opportunities (e.g., AI shopping tools, new apps, functionality updates) and recommend relevant enhancements Analytics & Reporting Maintain data accuracy across GA4, Shopify, and other analytics platforms Aggregate and format data from marketing platforms; support ad hoc reporting needs across the team Build and maintain dashboards that visualize performance across major channels Work within A/B testing platforms and assist in documenting findings and conclusions Ability to pull insights from data and make clear recommendations Act as a point of contact with technical partners and developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in eCommerce operations, Shopify management, technical QA, analytics, or a similar role Technical Skills: Proficiency in Shopify Plus: Experience with GA4, analytics tools, A/B testing platforms, and Excel/Sheets SQL and data visualization experience are strong assets Familiar with basic coding terminology Analytical Strength: Comfortable working with data, ensuring accuracy, and creating clean visualizations Detail-Oriented: Strong QA mindset; disciplined approach to testing and documentation Problem-Solving: Resourceful, proactive, and able to troubleshoot independently Communication: Clear, concise communicator across both technical and non-technical teams Curiosity: Actively brings forward new tools, capabilities, and ideas to improve our website and analytics performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
