Overview:
**eCommerce Catalog & Copywriter Specialist
- On site**

As the primary eCommerce product specialist on the merchandise team in the appliance and electronics department, you will be responsible for completing the product publishing process including the collecting of vendor templates, images, and copywriting to ensure the product is properly represented on leons.ca. You will own the process from initial set up to go live and work with key vendors to enhance existing product pages.

**Role Expectations**:

- Work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment while collaborating with various stakeholders including executive level managers.
- Create compelling content that lives on Leons.ca product description pages.
- Track production progress daily and generate progress reports as needed.
- Own all facets of catalogue management and execution in line with business demands.
- Prepare and plan weekly production meetings with key vendors.
- Coordinate translations and approvals across various departments.
- Maintain and update e-commerce content.

**Role Requirements**
- Comfortable with project management.
- Excellent creative writing and editing skills with 2-3 years of eCommerce experience.
- Graphic Design experience is a plus. (Some photo editing required).
- Strong Conceptual Thinking
- Shopify experience a plus.
- Ability to understand/apply/maintain the brand tone of voice
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset (but not mandatory)
- Ability to collaborate with a team and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
