Job Summary:
We’re looking for an **Operations Specialist** with expertise in **Shopify, eCommerce operations, purchasing, supply chain, and vendor management** to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is highly skilled at solving complex problems and comfortable working independently. The Operations Specialist will also work closely with our Production team in Peru, collaborate on wholesale and key account vendor specifications, and ensure that our supply chain and vendor processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Shopify eCommerce Operations**: Oversee and manage Shopify platform operations, from order processing to fulfillment, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.
- **Production Collaboration**: Work closely with our Production team in Peru to coordinate production schedules, inventory levels, and logistics, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.
- **Wholesale & Key Account Vendor Management**: Develop and manage specifications and requirements for wholesale and key account vendors, ensuring alignment with cuddle+kind standards and expectations.
- **Purchasing and Procurement**: Coordinate purchasing activities, securing materials and products on time and within budget, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal terms.
- **Supply Chain Optimization**: Streamline supply chain processes, from sourcing to shipping, to reduce lead times and improve cost efficiency.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Leverage Shopify and other data to analyze key operational metrics, forecast demand, and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure accurate stock levels and visibility on Shopify, aligned with sales projections and promotional plans to meet demand.
- **Process Innovation**: Constantly seek out and implement improvements to processes, with an eye for innovation and adaptability.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3+ years in operations, focusing on eCommerce and Shopify, with additional experience in purchasing, supply chain, and wholesale vendor management.
- **Entrepreneurial Mindset**: A proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges, can work independently, and is adept at problem-solving.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in Shopify and Excel; familiarity with ERP and inventory management tools is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Skilled in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making and optimization.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration and effective vendor negotiation.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Highly organized, with a sharp focus on details and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- **Collaborative**: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
