Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is looking for a Marine Service Coordinator to join their Grimsby, ON branch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a responsible member of Troy Life & Fire Safety’s National Marine Division; assisting with operational duties to meet customer needs, timelines and budgets.
- Complete data management processes; filing and uploading documentation into ERP System
- Effectively communicate with customers to accurately verify service expectations and relay information to Troy’s regional offices
- Create system work orders and control submissions of technical staff documentation.
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians in connection with local branches
- Organize weekly open service work order review with division members
- Provide support in procuring equipment required from inventory for projects and service calls.
- Collaborate on the control of material and specialty tools through purchasing and warehouse inventory management in accordance with standard operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to creating purchase orders, communication with vendors, generating packing slips, following up on back ordered product, logging and tracking customer equipment for service, discharging and organizing deficient fire extinguishers and transportation of serviceable equipment to vendors
- Comply with company ISO procedures.
- Other administrative tasks and/or assist with field work as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent working experience
- Inventory and Purchasing background, administration background, warehouse experience
- 3 years of Marine or Fire Protection experience would be an asset
- Familiar with multi-tasking and working independently
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills are required
- Ability to embrace a work environment with constant changing schedules and deadlines
- Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Effective communicator (oral, written and verbal) with efficient organizational skills
- Bilingual in both French and English not required but would be an asset
