Parts Coordinator

Major Refrigeration Ltd. was established in 2012 by two HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanics. The company is based out of Grimsby, Ontario. Today the company consists of more than 150 employees, and continues to grow.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the parts team to prepare purchase orders and order parts
- Enter receipts and parts information into software to maintain inventory records
- Conduct physical inventory to maintain stock levels, as needed
- Pick parts and complete paperwork to ship parts to customer locations, as needed
- Ensure service orders are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- Other administrative duties as assigned
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in an Administrative or similar position
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate with others
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new skills and software
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work shifts between 7:30am - 5:00pm
