Responsibilities include:

- Maintains patient relations through ongoing dialogue with patients before, during and after treatment. Identifies and responds to unsatisfied patients with the appropriate recovery action. Requesting patients for feed back with positive patient satisfaction being the top priority.
- Develops and maintain records of insurance plans and social services programs to maximize patient access to dental care funding. Making sure all up to date financial breakdown for the treatment is available daily for patients scheduled for the day.
- Organizing daily start of day team huddles
- Maintains accurate billing, patient records, and prepares/submits timely reports related to the Dental Office on a daily and monthly basis.
- Optimizes appointment book/schedule to achieve weekly and monthly targets and efficiencies through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow and continuous patient contact.
- Following up with insurance plan providers and patients on aging outstanding payments
- Scheduled between: Monday to Saturday
- Must have Dental Experience in Canada

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental Admin: 1 year (required)
