**What You'll Do**

As the **Operations Manager**, you’ll oversee the Technical Operations and play a pivotal role in driving our success in Western Canada. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and supervising a team of meter technicians and project managers to support our expansion.
- Ensuring all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Acting as the main point of contact between field teams and internal/external stakeholders, addressing challenges and ensuring seamless communication.
- Monitoring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Identifying and implementing operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing reports and presenting key updates to the CEO on project progress and operational metrics.
- Fostering strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**What We're Looking For**

We’re seeking a motivated, visionary leader with:

- 3+ years in operations management, ideally in sub-metering, utilities, or technical services.
- A bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven ability to build and manage teams.
- Familiarity with sub-metering systems, utilities, or building technologies.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration and client interaction.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
