**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with daily chores such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, organizing home and office, purchasing groceries and travel supplies, helping with moving, and project management.
- Manage and maintain the Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings while ensuring optimal time management.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization of files.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Prepare and manage electronic signatures using DocuSign for contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing personal and professional tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task management is highly valued.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-01-13
