- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Handle front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with document management using tools like DocuSign
- Provide support in organizing events or meetings
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with front desk duties and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with document management tools like DocuSign
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office software

**Salary**: $16.55-$33.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
