Baka Pozd Business Consultancy, a leading advisory firm based in **Toronto**, is looking for a highly organized and discreet **Personal Assistant to the CEO** to provide executive-level support. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and confidential tasks in a fast-paced corporate setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle personal and professional errands with efficiency and discretion.
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters involving the CEO and the business.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Anticipate needs and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Confidence and maturity to work closely with executive leadership.
