This position is responsible for maintaining the day to day administration of all internal & external Hospitality and Retail Shipping & Receiving transactions as well as supporting Hospitality and Retail Shipping & Receiving Operations.

**Hourly Rate**: $17.94

**Status**: Part Time, Seasonal

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Transfers items between businesses; both physically and through documentation.
Conducts weekly key item counts.
Provide assistance to the Shipping/Receiving team.
Processes invoices, credits, and delivery notes into Resort ERP system for Accounts Payable/Receivable dispensation.
Ensures that transactions that occur between multiple business units and locations are properly transferred and/or posted to the General Ledger.
Enters data for all Food and Beverage waste items into ERP for cost calculation.
Prepares month end count sheets; leads month end inventory and inputs numbers into NAV in an accurate & timely manner.
Creates purchase orders and item cards for purchased products
Coordinates pre-stickering with vendors as required

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
At least 6-12 months of past perpetual inventory experience.
Must have experience with perpetual inventory software; Microsoft NAV Dynamics experience preferred. Must also possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formula formation etc.).
Proven attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with mathematical calculations and analyzing/interpreting data. Must have past experience with financial data and preparing financial statements. Familiarly with month end reconciliations, profit/loss accounting (P&L) is necessary.
