The Loyalty Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting a culture of excellence through the development and ongoing support of guest loyalty, recognition, and VIP programming. The Loyalty Coordinator will be responsible to leverage those relationships to provide consistent exemplary service, with effective communication and initiative on improvement while demonstrating good capacity on policies and procedures, accountability, and reliability.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Monitor and coordinate service recovery arrivals ensuring guests enjoy an enhanced stay.

Maintain healthy, consistent, and prompt communication with VIP guests and internal departments via Loyalty inbox.to social media guest reviews and comments regarding Lodging operation feedback.

Perform “Call Backs” to Loyalty Program guests to ensure that they are enjoying their stay.

Assist with management of welcome amenity inventory and process, including inventory counts, ordering, and preparing items for VIP guests

Analyze and summarize key data from internal reports to build and publish accurate Guest Recognition Report for different Lodging teams to execute.

Perform case resolution audits on guest experience survey.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Post-secondary education in Hospitality/Marketing/Public Relations an asset

Experience with social media response handling

Working knowledge of Cenium Property Management System an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of excellent customer service and successful issue resolution

Highly organized, capable of handling several tasks simultaneously

Team oriented with a friendly, cheerful, positive, and animated demeanor
