Administrative Assistant

We are a growing accounting firm with locations in the Yonge/Eglinton area of Toronto and the Hwy 7/Leslie area of Richmond Hill. We are currently seeking a **proactive and results-oriented Administrative Assistant** to join our team at our **Richmond Hill location.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide reception coverage, greet and direct clients
- Handle daily mail, courier services, and scan documents
- Deposit funds to the bank as needed
- Ensure kitchen and office supplies are stocked
- Perform clerical duties, including collections and general correspondence
- Prepare invoices and other documentation such as tax filing packages
- Assist Partners, Managers, and Accounting Staff as required
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
**Hours of Work**:
**Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM**
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow directions and procedures efficiently and accurately
- This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong emphasis on administrative support, in addition to front desk responsibilities
