Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support budgeting activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks for various financial tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on projects or inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting and account analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
