**About the Position**:
We’re looking for a superstar Administrative Assistant Are you detail-oriented, organized, positive, self-motivated, and customer service-focused? Do you take pride in the quality of your work? If so, you could be the new front face of 4-way Electrical Services Ltd
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner & relay accurate messages to the team
- Respond to customer or team questions and requests for information
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable, assist with payroll, review employee timesheets, data entry, reporting, invoicing, and purchase order management
- Assume responsibility of keeping the offices’ professional appearance by performing light cleaning duties.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items
- Opening and sorting mail
- Help plan company events, meetings, and employee team-building activities or special projects
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of office/administrative experience
- Previous experience with accounts receivable
- Extremely detailed oriented person, with exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations and projects at the same time
- Ability to work with a high-energy, rapidly evolving group
- High computer literacy, including operating knowledge of Windows 10, QuickBooks, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in accessing and keeping Excel spreadsheets up to date
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have transportation and a Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Be able to pass Drug & Alcohol pre-employment testing
- Current certifications such as First Aid an asset
**Other**
- This is an in-office position - 7704-71 Street Edmonton, Alberta
- Permanent full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Competitive hourly pay plus annual bonus
- Full Benefits after 3 months
