Accounts Receivable Administrator

Reporting to the Office Manager, the **Accounts Receivable Administrator **will be responsible for accurately auditing driver Bills of Lading and generating invoices under tight deadline constraints. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Verify information & processing incoming bills of lading 100+ employees.
- Deal with Customer issues and concerns
- Send out tickets for approvals.
- Correspond with dispatch on billing issues and other client matters.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly invoicing.
- Preparing AR reports for Management/Clients as required
- Updating data in software systems as needed
- Fulfils other duties as necessary including backup coverage for reception.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of direct experience in an A/R capacity.
- Knowledge of Axon software (an asset)
- Knowledge of the transportation industry
- Ability to work independently
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
