**About The Role**

The Administrative Assistant will serve as a liaison between staff members and business representatives from various departments within the company. Responsibilities include offering support in planning and communications, handling general administrative tasks such as organizing meetings and events, fulfilling reporting requirements, and performing general office duties.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Assisting the various teams with filing and data entry requirements.
- Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and files.
- Responsible for creating purchase orders.
- Inventory Management including the processing of shipping and receiving orders.
- Communicating with clients and staff to ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and sensitive manner.
- Responsible for ensuring shared spaces and kitchen are well maintained.
- Responsible for maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
- Procurement of shop materials, tools, and office supplies.
- Support with reconciliation of expenses, as needed.
- Other duties, including but not limited to:

- Work Hub
- Organizing Safety meetings
- Safety Meeting minutes.

**Required Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, PowerPoint).
- NAV (accounting software).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Performing work with a high degree of professionalism and judgement.
- Able to demonstrate effective multi-tasking skills.
- Effective communication & active listening skills.
