**Responsibilities include**:

- Oversee, organization-wide, all wireless communication devices as well as printers/copiers including toner, and device ordering and set-up
- Oversee, organization-wide, all requests for assistance with Office 365 and Adobe
- Responsible for security card access and security camera troubleshooting
- Deliver user training
- Code invoices and processing purchase orders for the department
- Prepare written documentation including guidelines, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Provide continued support to ensure the success of the department's goals and initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Training and proficiency with latest Office 365 and Adobe Suite(certification an asset)
- Business Administration diploma, or post-secondary computer training or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

This position works Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. There is potential for a hybrid work schedule.
