**Responsibilities include;**
- Generate new sales and business opportunities within the BC cabinetry market.
- Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to a wide variety of stakeholders from builders to manufacturers, designers and contractors.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotes and proposals to clients, negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure sales.
- Maintain contact with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and develop repeat sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management to help develop new sales strategies.
- Provide post sales support, respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions as required.
- Develop and maintain sales activity reports/forecasts, customer contacts and sales leads.

**To be successful you will have the following Qualifications;**
- A minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably within cabinet manufacturing or custom millwork or other wood component manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry, woodworking or related products is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills including ability to deliver sales presentations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Requires frequent travel to various client sites, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Education in Sales/Marketing or relevant field is a valued asset
- Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
