Basant Motors is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team., the opportunity is endless here We want an enthusiastic and driven professional eager to connect with current and new clientele to find them the right vehicle to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize the available resources and CRM to reach out to new and former customers
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services.
- Identify clients needs through interviewing and building rapport
- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests, matching requirements and interests to various models
- Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
- Consult with the Sales Manager during the sales transaction
- Assist qualified customers with test drives

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a sales position
- Automotive background is an asset
- written and verbal communication skills
- Second language is an asset
- The drive to excel under pressure
- A valid driver's license
- VSA License needed 45 days after hiring

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 -$180,000 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
