- Someone with **proven consultative sales experience**, comfortable following a structured sales process from initial contact to close.

- You thrive in multitasking environments, balancing networking, prospecting, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- A natural networker with a passion for building relationships.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and sales-related software.
- You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**What You'll Do**:
- Position yourself as an expert, using Chartwell’s consultative approach to guide seniors and their families in transition to retirement living.
- Work collaboratively with your management team to ensure an exceptional customer experience for each prospective resident.
- Drive occupancy to meet and exceed sales targets by building meaningful relationships.
- Utilizing Chartwell sales tool and technology, including YARDI CRM, to track sales performance and analyze trends to drive improvement.
- Through follow up calls and personalized visits and guide prospects through the sales process from initial inquiry to lease signing.
- Build and maintain local partnerships with professionals and the broader community that will support driving referrals.
- Execute on creative marketing initiatives to drive initial contacts.
