Job responsibilities:
- Reports to General Manager
- Providing experience to our guests as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.
- Following company Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy workplace.
- Other duties as required.
- Food and Beverage - Front of House
- Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: servers, bartenders, host, beverage cart attendant, concession stand attendants (Ranch House).
- Lead scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Participate in budget process.
- Execute all events on property (small weddings and tournaments)
- Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Golf Operations - Front of House
- Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents, Outside Service Agents.
- Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
- Participate in budget process.
- Collaborate on purchasing.
- Collaborate on rate management.
- Lodging Operations - Front Desk / Housekeeping
- Recruit, Train and Coach seasonal employees: Guest Service Agents and Cleaners.
- Lead scheduling, and inventory management.
- Participate in budget process.
- Collaborate on purchasing.
- Collaborate on rate management.
**Requirements**:
- A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
- Driver's license is required.
- ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Lodging Experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of Food and beverage/ Restaurant Manager experience is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of coordinating Wedding Events experience is required
- Good wine knowledge or a certified sommelier is an asset.
- Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
- Experience with the restaurant point of sale system and lodging property management system is an asset.
- Able to work overtime is a requirement.
- Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
