We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team specifically for HVAC sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling of inbound leads with the Service Department and Divisional Managers
- Review and attend sales leads, provide clients with instantaneous pricing
- Lead follow up within 24 hours of presentation of pricing
- Attending sold HVAC projects while installers are on site to provide support and receive feedback on the installation requirements to improve project preparedness
- Paid client follow-up within 48 hours of project completion, including a review request sent through our online portal
- Quarterly meetings with the HVAC Manager to review targets and upcoming promotional/advertising materials
- Submit commission and spiff slips to HVAC Manager for approval
- Confirmation of online review for each completed retro installation

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
