We’re looking for a **Service Coordinator** to join our team at our **Ottawa** branch

Reporting to the **Service Manager**, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Proactively monitoring service agreements;
- Coordinating the appointment with clients;
- Scheduling technicians on various service calls;
- Maintaining up-to-date information in the computer system;
- Processing warranty claims as required;
- Ordering and tracking parts for work orders;
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty;
- Promoting the products, services and company image.
**Job qualifications and Requirements**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator position;
- Post secondary education; Technical/Mechanical training considered an asset.
- Able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment;
- Possess high level of motivation, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Accomplished multi-tasker with ability to prioritize and strive under pressure.
- Familiar with Windows (Excel), POS Systems, AX
