**OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking an Organizational Design and Operations expert to join our team in the North America. You will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer

Your primary focus will be to develop future state organizational structures, business cases and benefits realization plans. This individual must be able to effectively engage with and influence executive/director level client teams.

You must have a proven track record of leading engagements in an operations improvement for the consulting industry. Experience within Natural Resources, Energy, and Industrials (Large scale manufacturing sectors would be a distinct advantage.

You will be a high energy team player and Leader who quickly earns the respect of colleagues and focuses on quality of the deliverables. You will also demonstrate proactiveness in supporting the engagement where your skills can be useful.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the assignment from initiation to completion, assuming full responsibility for communication, co-ordination, development of client relationships and effective presentation of the conclusions
- Provide advice, guidance to team members on the selection and use of the appropriate analysis tools and techniques for data capture and implementation plans
- Work with Sr. Executive client partners on defining business, financial, and operations requirements to deliver cost reduction and value enhancement objectives
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing business and operational gaps
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for the proposed implementation roadmap
- Ensure feasibility by engaging all influencers on the engagement
- Lead presentations and workshops, facilitate executive level discussions, present findings and conclusion

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Extensive practical knowledge on data analysis, ROI, business plan and P&L reviews
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of operational excellence analysis and implementation planning.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated client handling and stakeholder management skills at the executive and director level.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate ideas in a user-friendly language.
- Ability to learn from failures and reshape new ways of working
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Natural Resources Industry experience is a plus
