Organizational Change Analyst

**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in Change Management, supporting enterprise-wide testing and deployment of Enterprise Finance Management Platforms.
- Experience in the testing and deployment phase of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream platforms, including leading or supporting training workstreams to ensure sustained adoption post-deployment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in creating content tailored for diverse audiences.
- In-depth quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Bachelor’s degree.
**Nice to have**:
- Background from consulting firms such as KMPG, EY, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, PWC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Organizational Change Manager to implement change plans, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines and transformation goals.
- Assist in stakeholder analysis, document change impacts through workshops and data collection, and support tailored engagement initiatives for various groups.
- Draft and coordinate clear, impactful communications such as presentations, newsletters, and reports, and assist in designing and facilitating training sessions to enable effective adoption of new processes and tools.
- Track readiness and adoption metrics, providing regular feedback and insights to guide adjustments in the change management approach.
- Support the Organizational Change Manager in coordinating workstreams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and alignment with overall transformation objectives.
