Organizational Change Manager

**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in Change Management, supporting enterprise-wide testing and deployment of Enterprise Finance Management Platforms.
- Experience in the testing and deployment phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream platforms, including leading or supporting training workstreams to ensure sustained adoption post-deployment.
- 2+ years of experience in communications, change management, or project roles, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in communications across multiple channels, including oral, written, digital, and visual.
- In-depth quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Bachelor’s degree.
**Nice to have**:
- Background from consulting firms such as KMPG, EY, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, PWC.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate on the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational goals.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify trends, derive meaningful insights, and recommend actionable solutions to support organizational change.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to frontline employees, to drive alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports to articulate the change journey, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
