**Summary**:
**Organizational Change Management Team - Who We Are**:
Partnering across the enterprise, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team resides within the CIO organization. The OCM team works to enable and accelerate business priorities, business case realization and transformation efforts, through an integrated suite of services focused on change, communications, process and capability building.

Our mandate is to enable business excellence in the management and successful delivery of projects through change management, communications, process and overall business principles, approaches and activities.

**Note: This is a 12-month contract position.**

**Specialist, OCM Position Summary**:
In this role, you will build strong relationships across the Celestica organization while delivering transformational and sustained change on initiatives of varying size, scale, and complexity.

As a specialist, you will work in a collaborative form in the design and delivery of change, communications and process management interventions. Reporting through Global Supply Chain but under the direction of the Director, Business Excellence, you will work closely with team members across the organization, as well as work independently and confidently, to manage your own workload. You’ll be able to understand program priorities and stakeholder requirements as well as design and deliver solutions that are aligned to their needs. As a specialist, your day-to-day work will be guided by the Sr. Manager, Business Excellence.

**Detailed Description**:

- Provide OCM support for Supply Chain initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive analysis using frameworks, approaches and tools as well as develop robust recommendations
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, data assessment(s) and report findings
- Develop communications including but not limited to newsletters, video creation, writing background materials and contributing to the preparation of reports, manuals, and presentations
- Support training needs analysis as well as plan, develop and / or rollout training
- Support process mapping, reviews and / or designs
- Design and conduct change readiness assessments at key points within projects to assess risks and understand business deployment needs
- Design, deliver and incorporate the lessons learned of each intervention
- For all of the above, plan and coordinate activities with the Sr. Manager, Business Excellence and other key project resources
- Raise risks / issues and provide solutions to minimize their impact on work stream timelines Support for workshop design, facilitation and documentation of outcomes/reporting

- Strong stakeholder and customer focus; you understand what drives stakeholder and customer satisfaction and you prioritize actions and needs.

**Typical Experience**:

- 3-5 years experience
- Supply Chain experience preferred.
- PROSCI, ACMP, CCMP or similar change certification or experience preferred.

**Typical Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, Communications, Engineering or related areas.
